Monthly Rentals in Spongano

The accommodation was fantastic. Very spacious, nice bathrooms, different seating areas, large kitchen with enough supplies, cutlery, glasses and mugs. Washing machine available. Very occasionally the power went out but that was easy to fix. You just couldn't turn on too many devices at the same time. The host was always available if you had questions and very quick to respond. All in all, had a top holiday even though the season hadn't quite started yet. Excellent central place for all kinds of sights.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb homes I've ever been to. Beautiful in its design and functionality. Equipped with all the comforts and well-equipped (large bottles of toiletries, shaving foam, nail polish remover, etc.), it has a strategic and central location based on the two Ionian/Adriatic sides, which allows you to choose where to go to the beach based on the winds. The kindness and availability of the host complete everything. We'll be back soon. Super recommended!

Wonderful place! We travel a lot and have already made a lot of cottages. This one is one of the best! Looks like a hotel! Clean, very spacious, bright, modern, well-equipped. It is a private residence of several apartments with security gates, swimming pool, terraces, very flowery gardens. Daniele is very nice, we even had local specialties as a gift. We were able to visit Salento (Maglie, Otranto, Gallipoli, Leuca...) but it takes a few kilometers. There is supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The icing on the cake, we were alone in the residence for 4 nights: tranquility, calm and pool just for us, a real joy;-)

We spent 5 beautiful nights at James&Amber's property. Great communication, great location, and great place to stay. Highly recommended! We look forward to coming back!
