The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 2nd floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite its proximity to the center. The renovation was carried out from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a seating area in the garden can be used.

Quietly located, bright, self-contained apartment in the attic of our 2-family house in the west of Schwerin, approx. 45 square meters, NEW 2016, fully equipped kitchenette, shower bath, living area with sofa, bedroom with double bed. 15-minute walk to the old town, supermarket close by, parking on the residential street Schwerin and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for excursions into the great outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
