Nice apartment and smooth communication

Neomi is a wonderful host. She was the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful host we've ever stayed with in an Airbnb. She responds immediately to messages and gives good advice. She welcomed us very nicely and helped us carry our things. The house was exactly as described. It was spotless everywhere and smelled very good. The only disadvantage is that the house is far from the city center of Rome, but you can reach the city center by public transport. The bus station is nearby. I can highly recommend it.

Peripheral area. Quiet neighborhood but no places to have lunch or dinner except by car. Places of interest 30/35 minutes by car Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Torvaianica, Castel Romano outlet. For supermarkets, you can get to Pavona (8/10 minutes) or Pomezia (8/10 minutes) by car. The house is fully equipped, perfect. As the only indication/advice, I suggest equipping the apartment with an anti-mosquito repellent system because mosquito nets may not be sufficient.

Tenuta Capizucchi is always a guarantee. the place is fantastic, close to the city but surrounded by greenery in the Roman countryside. Very comfortable for those arriving by car. A comfortable apartment with everything you need. Costel exhaustive in the explanations, friendly and available for anything you need.
