Holiday rentals with a patio in Spring

Micca is awesome ! Her greetings are very welcoming .If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would . From beginning to end her communication was 10/10. Airbnb looks exactly like the photos ,easy parking ,fully equipped, and very clean. I had nooo issues at ALL. Ive stayed at several air bnb’s and I must say this is the BEST one yet. Also to mention alot of stores and restaurants near property,beautiful location and its quiet . It was perfect ! Thank you Micca for making my vacation feel right at home🙏🏾

Has great parking, apartment was nice & as described. It can get noisy due to proximity to the main road, but wasn't a deal breaker. I feel the check-in process could of gone more smoothly. Due to poor cell service we had to wait about an hour before we could get in. The host dealt with the issue very quickly so wasn't too bad.

Nice place with gated walls and a pool, as well as a garage for you to park your car in.

Kim was a very great host and the unit looked exactly as pictured. Worked out great for what we needed! She was very flexible with the dates needed and always responsive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Kim!

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful, well maintained apartment….looked identical to the pictures. The dog park was an added bonus! Nicole was very responsive and all instructions were perfect! I would definitely stay again 😃

Great place, very clean

Michelle’s home was a dream come true. We almost had too much room! The pictures do not show how truly massive and perfect the place is. We absolutely loved the home. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous. Master bathroom was breathtaking. We would book again for our Texas trips. Thank you for having us! We definitely were sad to leave.

Great house, great host!

Our stay was great. There were a few minor inconveniences that were quickly addressed by the host. The only thing I would recommend is bringing hand towels for the kitchen if your stay is extended as those aren’t provided.

Viviana was proactive in providing the keypad information. Her home was clean, cozy, and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Thanks to Jesus and his family for his hospitality. Excellent house with total privacy. Very recommended.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was clean and as expected. The pictures gave clear expectations of the house and outdoor area.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Jing’s place was exactly as described. From the moment you walked in you could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure you had everything you needed and more. Fishing off the balcony was a real treat. The view over the lake was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The little touches made it even better like filtered water for coffee. Stocked kitchen with everything in place that made sense. Jing’s communicated timely and well. This is a place we would definitely return to and recommend to others. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Even though we didn’t use the upstairs, it was nice to know there were additional beds available. What really stood out was how family-friendly the condo was. The hosts provided toys, a portable playpen, and a safety gate, which was so thoughtful and made our stay with our 11-month-old much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and plenty of dishware. Plus, the pool was a fantastic bonus! This was my second time staying in one of Zenobia's Airbnb units and it won't be the last. Her apartments are very clean, in a great location, and have an elevator, which is a huge perk as I usually have heavy photography equipment with me for work. Great experience all around.

Came for a quick stay for a softball tournament my daughter was in. The condo was clean and had little extra amenities! Would return again

We love the place. It’s nice and very clean. The great thing is very very close to Vietnamese food restaurants and market. Definitely book again if come in Houston im the future I would recommend it.
