Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Sri Lanka

Jayantha is so kind and easy-going. He always tries to solve the problems when we need help. The apartment is clean, and big enough to stay in. The 1 month experience was so wonderful. Highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in colombo for holidays.

Mr Jayantha was very accommodating. He made sure everything was working and right at home. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay and even topped up the internet for the kids. He was able to meet us at 5am. for check-in and midnight for checkout. Thank you again for the hospitality.

This is the best apartment you can rent if you are looking to stay right next to the gorgeous Mount Lavinia beach. Everything inside apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s a very safe (24/7 security present) and well maintained building with modern amenities. Arfan was very helpful and he made sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during our stay. Convenient location, a few minutes walking distance you can find multiple supermarkets and lots of great restaurants. I can’t wait to go back there for my next vacation

Good place to stay , very central

La stanza si trova in un edificio ancora in costruzione (il loft) a qualche metro da quello principale (la villa) ed è molto spaziosa, con ampie finestre lungo tutte le pareti che affacciano direttamente sulla giungla e su un'ampia terrazza privata dove poter cenare e fare colazione. Nonostante il late check in siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e professionalità e la chef Selvi si è proposta di cucinare la cena nonostante il tardo orario e il fatto che non lo avessimo richiesto in anticipo. La colazione e la cena sono servite direttamente sul terrazzo privato e sono sempre deliziose, siamo stati in Sri Lanka per 20 giorni e non abbiamo mangiato cibo tradizionale più buono di quello cucinato da Selvi. C'è anche una bellissima piscina (che però non abbiamo utilizzato). La pulizia della stanza e del bagno era buona. Il verde, la professionalità dello staff e la deliziosa cucina di Selvi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero perfetto! Istuti!

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

I enjoyed staying at Rajapakse's apartment. He was very hospitable, making me feel very welcome and at home. I really enjoyed staying in the room - and with the wonderful swimming pool and gym on the roof, as well as a quick walk to the beach, I had everything I needed!

Lake Paradise is a perfect self-contained 3 bedroom apartment. It has a private space for car parking and electric shutters to ensure security. It is simply, but comfortably, furnished and has a fully equipped, modern, kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans and the master bedroom benefits from air conditioning too. The shower (hot water) was an added benefit. Sharmani and Priyan were lovely hosts, very friendly and even took time to show us some other properties they host. The property was PERFECT for our needs as we had privacy, security, somewhere safe for our hired car and were centrally placed to visit our relatives and visit local amenities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lake Paradise and both Sharmani and Priyan.

this is a nice and peaceful room overlooking the mango tree and garden. camie is very personable and made me feel right at home. i also really appreciated the daily complimentary breakfast, which was always delicious and had variety over the six days. overall i had a wonderful stay here!

This apartment is on the second floor, with loads of sunlight and a wrap-around terrace - absolutely gorgeous. Ruanthi was the perfect host. Anytime I had a question, she responded within 5-10 minutes. She went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible - prior to my arrival she had bought some groceries and had so many suggestions of fun things for me to do in the evenings and on the weekends. She is a genuinely good person and the most friendly AirBnB host I have ever had! I'm already looking forward to staying at one of her properties again when I return to Sri Lanka.

Prasanna and Kaushalya make brilliant Airbnb hosts and spending a night in their home was a highlight. Their welcoming and warm dispositions encourage comfortable and relaxation. We enjoyed lively conversation over shared dinner in their large, well-located house near town center. Breakfast the following morning was deliciously authentic. The bedroom and bath had everything we needed. We look forward to returning one day and sharing more time our new friends.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Renuka. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und sie kocht den besten Tee mit Milch. Wir haben uns wunderbar unterhalten und ich bin sehr dankbar für unser Kennlernen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Renuka hat uns einen Termin im Ayurveda Spa mit Shuttle Service organisiert . Auch die Empfehlung der Pick me App hat uns in den folgenden Tagen die Reise erleichtert. Vom Flughafen braucht man ca. 25 min. Es ist ein sehr sicherer Ort , insbesondere für Alleinreisende Frauen. Das Frühstück wird im Garten oder im Haus serviert. Ich kann Renukas homestay sehr empfehlen. Als Fremde gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. :-)

Ми прибули о 6 ранку, та змогли самостійно заселитись, до океану приблизно 25хв на туктуці, багато ресторанів та супермаркетів поруч. Перебування було чудовим)

The owner and his wife helped us with any questions, were always in touch. Good internet, fast, but there are restrictions on gigabytes, check with the owner before entering if you need it for work. Air conditioning greatly saves from the heat. The place is 7 minutes by scooter from the beach, quieter than the main streets, we like it.
