Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Chandi is an amazing host! She’s super friendly and always got back to me quickly. The apartment was fantastic! The stunning sea view and infinity pool made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The train tracks are right outside the house, but the train wasn’t as loud as you’d think. It didn’t bother us at all, but it might keep you up if you’re a light sleeper. We had a bit of trouble finding it because the street address doesn’t seem to lead to the right place. But if you just use Elysian Residencies as the pickup or drop-off location, you should be fine. Overall, it was an incredible place to stay, and we had an amazing time!

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. Great place to stay in Colombo! The apartment is clean, confortable, and spacious. We loved the views of Colombo from the roof. Leedon was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Our stay at The Grand Apartment in Colombo was absolutely perfect, and Jay played a huge role in making it so memorable. From the moment we arrived, Jay’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The apartment itself was spotless, truly meeting high hotel standards. Every detail was well thought out, and it was clear Jay takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest level. Whether it was a question or a small request, Jay was always just a phone call away. His responses were lightning-fast, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

This stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless clean with beautifully decorated interior. 24hr security is given to the complex and the layout of the apartment was perfect. Hirushke and his family were very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Also the apartment was well equipped. It had a microwave, electric kettle, clothing iron and the whole apartment was air conditioned. Overall our experience with them was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We’re looking forward to our next stay already.

Fantastic home and some great help from Danuo and Praba who cooked some fantastic food and were always there to help and offer services and information . Praba was a great Caddy ! Overall a fantastic host, house helps and definitely recommend for families and friends coming to Victoria

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

What a fantastic trip - Gorgeous villa, staff, and stay! We just returned from a truly memorable trip to the Lake Koggala House. Our group of 4 couples arrived after Christmas to celebrate our friends’ wedding and New Year’s festivities. The villa exceeded our already high expectations. What a treat! It is even more beautiful and immaculate than the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. There are many sitting areas including a spacious air-conditioned movie room/ living room. The views are amazing! Big windows, bedroom terraces, and open spaces allow guests to see plenty of scenery. We’ve stayed in some lovely places, but this house blew us away. The pool overlooks the lake and a sprawling, well-kept garden. There are float toys and relaxing places to sun bathe. The villa team (Vijitha, Chef Ranga, Chandra, etc.) worked hard to ensure our comfort, safety, and fun. Their warmth made us feel like family. From the start, communication with the House Manager, Emma, was fast, easy, professional, pleasant, and informative. We felt at ease booking the house despite the busy Christmas and New Year holiday season. Emma sent tons of helpful information about the accommodation, area, and villa team. Thanks to her help, we were well-prepared for a streamlined arrival. Emma even graciously helped one guest who needed a sudden change of drivers during a pre-arrival trip. This happened right around Christmas, yet Emma was able to provide a new driver to pick-up our friend who was staying 4 hours away in Yala National Park. Thank you, Emma! Emma was also on-hand to answer any questions via text or email. What world-class hospitality! Laundry, yoga, and massage service is available. We also enjoyed a lovely boat ride around the lake visiting various sites. BIG thank you to Chef Ranga who created incredible meals! Wow – each dish was a culinary delight. We loved gathering around the open dining area over one of Chef Ranga’s gourmet meals. He made everything from a Sri Lankan breakfast to homemade pizzas to savory meat-veggie hand pies to a whole decadent seafood dinner. We were beyond spoiled by his food and attention. Vijitha was also key in helping organize our stay. He coordinated our arrival with our drivers as the house is tucked back within the lake area. Vijitha was always there to assist with anything that needed to be done. The ladies (Chandra and another lovely lady) took care of the cleaning and laundry. They couldn't have been nicer or more eager to help. One day before we realized it, they even grabbed our heavy shopping bags as we ran inside from an afternoon rain! The whole team provided 5-star hospitality!! The Koggala Lake House offers fantastic value-for-money. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend others to stay. A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

We stayed one month and It was a nice stay. Place was exactly same as described. A calm place. We felt like @ home.
