Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. Augustine

The place is at a great location, walkable to so many things to do. It’s not right on the Main Street, which I prefer. We had plenty of room for our family here. I appreciated the local recommendations Jason sent to me and overall, he was very responsive and proactive via correspondence. Self check-in is always a win with us so that our arrival time can vary. Oh and it was nice having a kitchen with all the necessary dishes to prepare a meal, because we don’t like to eat out a lot when we are on trips. We would stay here again.

We had to leave early to beat a major storm in the midwest, we managed to evade it but showed up way early. We were all exhausted but had about 8 hours till check in, we texted Sally at a Buc-ee’s at about 7:30 am and she replied not even five minutes later. Luckily the house had been cleaned the day prior and got an expedited check in. She was an excellent host with clear instructions for checking out and made the trip all the more relaxing and memorable. we had neighbors but we never really knew I thought there had to be a sound barrier of some kind. I would definitely pick this spot again, its a gem.

Stay was great. Beach was 5 mins walking distance. Had a great time.

Quiet, very clean, decor well curated. A beautiful place to stay. It was also in a very convenient location for the activities we were taking part in. I will stay here again the next time I come to Anastasia Island.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

Beautiful place to stay if you are visiting St. Augustine! We will definitely be adding this one to our return to list as we frequent the area. It is about a 10 minute walk to anywhere in the historic district which is a huge plus when it comes to dealing with traffic down here. Another huge plus was parking, we have always had trouble finding parking without a long walk with bags in tote around this area. Tiffany’s place offers on site parking, they were very responsive and professional hosts, even responding to a very last minute check out request! Thank you to you and your family for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of peace in such a wonderful town!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing. The view is fantastic and the house is beautifully decorated. They have literally thought of every little detail. It is spotless. The location is great- lots of cool bars and restaurants early and downtown St. Augustine is a short walk across the bridge from the house. This is the best AirBnB I’ve stayed in and highly recommend it!

Valerie's place was absolutely fantastic! It is so close to George St and the fort that we had endless things to do and never had to use our vehicle. The onsite parking was a nice perk too, as a lot of airbnbs nearby didn't offer this. Despite it's close proximity to George St, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean and incredibly decorated. The photos and description of the place were accurate. We really enjoyed our short stay here and hope that we can return again very soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a mile from historic downtown St. Augustine, which made it incredibly easy and straightforward to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and sights. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, offering a peaceful retreat after each day of enjoying downtown. The space itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. The pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning! Everything we could possibly need was already there—fully stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Highly recommend this gem if you're planning a trip to St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Carls place! We walked to the historic part, enjoyed seafood at the Fish Camp and walked back. All doable by foot if you don’t mind walking a couple of miles. The home was quiet, perfect parking right in front of the home (free). We had coffee in the back yard sitting in twin Adirondack chairs just enjoying the moment! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Prefect beach condo! Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for a couple days. Hosts were lovely and wonderful communicators.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and had lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely be looking this place up next time we are in the area.
