Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Augustine

Monique and Jared were wonderful hosts! Anytime we needed anything, they responded to our text quickly and they took care of our need within a few hours. They were great at recommending restaurants and things to see and do. We would definitely stay there again! We had a great time!

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. The Unit looks exactly as advertised. Panoramic views of St. Augustine beach from a very well appointed condo. The kitchen is well stocked with high end glassware, knives, dishes etc. The living room has comfy couches and chairs. The king bed in the master suite is comfy with high quality linens. As this is an end unit there is a large balcony outside of the master suite overlooking the dunes and beach. In general, the Ocean Villas complex seems to be well maintained. The pool was kept clean and there was plenty of poolside seating and umbrellas. I'm sure we will book this unit again. Joan H

A wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb. Brandon checks in with you through Airbnb to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. Stan’s place was the perfect birthday weekend getaway. It was a block from the ocean and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Inside the apartment was very spacious and clean. Despite being next to a busy road, we had no issues with the noise. Also provided by the owner, but not mentioned on the description were extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which are super helpful for those who forgot to bring supplies or need extras The only issue we had during our stay was no fault of the owner. During business hours, there is a SUV who constantly parked in front of our assigned parking spaces, making it hard to park especially for cars larger than compact size. We had no issues accessing our parking spots before or after business hours.

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

It was a beautiful, spacious condominium. We loved the architecture and the gorgeous pool.

We were very comfortable at this BNB and there’s 8 of us! Everything was super clean and spacious. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d love to stay here again

Comfortable stay with a great, fenced backyard for the pups.

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place! Boone was always very helpful and left great recommendations for things to do and places to eat! The house was fantastic! It was super clean and very cozy!

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

Our stay was quick, we wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautiful older home with everything you need. We also enjoyed watching the visiting peacocks in the yard in the morning with our coffee.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

Lauras place was very clean and quiet. At the time of our visit we barely seen anyone around or heard anyone next to us. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the best part was the pool view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
