Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Johns County

Lauren’s home was a beautiful spot for our special occasion! It was walking distance to the nearby attractions and perfect in every way!

Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

Amazing! We had an amazing stay at Luke place. The host was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was a highlight - we had a blast at the pool party and met some great people. It was the perfect spot to relax and have fun. We're actually relocating to FL, and this place made the transition a little easier. The only minor hiccups were with parking and getting an extra blanket, but they didn't affect our overall experience. We'd definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you! Luke

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

We have stayed at this complex several times in different condos and Brianna's place is the best. She has provided a plethora of amenities such as a well stocked kitchen equipped to cook anything from pizzas to gourmet meals and pass to the gym. House keeping is impeccable. This will be our "go to" place when visiting St Augustine.

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place, the street was very dark and hard to turn around on but that’s not his fault so I’m not holding that against him but as far as the place, it felt just like home, was super clean, and he responded fast, I was concerned I wasn’t going to get approved because of how late it was but he got me and my family in with no issues and we slept like babies, I enjoyed the shower in the back behind the kitchen, I would recommend and would definitely stay again, hopefully the price will be a little more reasonable

Wonderful stay. I can tell Tanya put in a lot of thought in her place to make guest feel at home. Very spacious. The beds were comfy and very neatly made. The only thing is, we are big coffee drinkers and wish the coffee pot would have been bigger but that would never detour us from booking with her again! She is very good at communicating and for that I am very pleased. I would definitely stay here again. My family and I are all in agreement!

Really enjoyed our stay! Place was clean, well decorated, had many accommodations, smelled nice and stayed cool. Was close to everything. Zak was very friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here! 🙂

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
