Between Lyon and Saint-Etienne, at the foot of the Pilat, you can take beautiful walks or come for work. Remote working possible. The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.

Charming duplex on the garden level. Featuring a large living /dining room including a sofa bed with an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another gite. For the tranquility of all, access to the Pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. The sheets are provided but towels are not the towels (on request additional charge) Guests do the cleaning before they leave.

Just so you know, the staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are impossible

To take a break, work or rest in peace, hiking departure possible around, bike all types. IMPORTANT: Only in summer, the pool is a plus but always a shared space with the host's family, and only for both guests of the listing. No privatization and no parties possible.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.

Ideal cottage for 2 to 4 people, with a surface area of 55 m2. Integrated and equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and living room (Bz 140x190 cm), a bedroom with double bed 160 cm, a bathroom with shower and sink, as well as a separate WC. i welcome you to a home with all amenities. A small kitchenette with microwaves, oven, gas hob. A living room with a sofa bed, sleeping in 140, a bedroom with a 140 bed as well, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra bed in 80 that is in the room. So cottage with 5 beds but be careful with the space which is still reduced. The maximum to be well remains the number of 3 people.
