Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St Helens

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. I would give six stars (if I could) for our stay at Jan's place. It is a nicely updated and well furnished house perched on a hill that affords a scenic view of Binalong bay. We found the unit to be very clean and well provisioned for a five day stay. From the house, a five minute walk will get you to Binalong Beach where one can swim in tranlucent turquois water and walk along long white sand beach. Ten minute drive from the house will get you to downtown St. Helenes where great coffeeshops and restaurants abounds. We ate at many of these eateries and all were good to excellent. A bit longer scenic drive , may be 20 min from the house, will get you to a beautiful and friendly winery where one can sample seven different types of high qauality wines at 15 AUD per person. If you feel like splurging, buy a bottle of 2016 Pinot Noir and drink this elegant wine on the deck while watching the waves landing on the beach. Book this place and collect wondeful memories.

The house is lovely, very comfy, spotless, and well appointed. Plenty of parking and a great outdoor space. The hosts really appear to care about quality and they are very approachable and responsive. This was our second stay and it was as good as the first, and there is likely to be a third visit in the future!

Perfect place for a family (5 Adults) weekend away. Clean and tidy, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, bring your own groceries and you are set. Short walk to watch an amazing sunrise. We would be more than happy to stay again.

Binalong bay is such a beautiful area and this stay with the beach views elevated the experience. The house was clean and easy to find with clear instructions given. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again.

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

The atmosphere in the place is pleasantly serene, offering a sense of calm that makes it easy to unwind. It’s a well-equipped space, filled with all the essentials you could possibly need, from comfortable seating areas to well-stocked shelves.

We loved our stay at Tillrander. It was a beautiful little spot with all the basic amenities you could need for a couple. Communication from Emily was clear and prompt and we liked not having pages of house rules to follow! A lovely location, easy to walk to the beach and local eating and shopping spots.

We had a fantastic stay at [Host’s Janine’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Janine was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again in the future.
