The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with wetsuits, surf boards and bodyboards and SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

It is a wonderful, 2-bedroom cottage which is in the heart of St Ives. It sleeps 4 in a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an ensuite twin bedroom (the default for the zip & link bases is a super king-size bed, (in width only) but can be made twin on request) . There is also a ground floor wet room with WC and wash basin.
