The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

It is situated within 100 acres of woodland, in a peaceful corner of the grounds of St Ives Holiday Village. The nearest year round dog welcoming beach is less than 5 minutes drive away and the centre of St Ives is a 10 min drive away. The local bus service calls into the park entrance during high season so you can leave the car parked up if you wish.

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
