Overall our stay was great! Location is probably the most noteworthy as it’s SUPER easy to walk to the main area of Cruz Bay and great restaurants in the area. David shared tons of helpful info though at times it felt like there was too many communications but better too many than not enough!

Such a wonderful place to stay and experience in St John. There was literally everything I needed and more for the trip. There were pots and pans to cook with, dishes and silverware to eat, salt for my food, a water machine to drink from and even nice already made in the freezer. The bed was super comfortable and there was even an iron for my clothes. There was shampoo and body wash in the shower and ac and fans to keep me cool. Communication with Annie was very timely. Annie was super nice and even gave me a ride to and from the ferry terminal. Would stay here again if I ever visited.

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

We called once we arrived and picked us up right away. She was very friendly and told us a lot of useful information. She brought us to the house showed and told us everything we needed to know. She went above and beyond to help us with wify and setting are phones up so we could easily find the house. Leaving she made it simple and time saving. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank You

We enjoyed staying at A3 Sea Urchin! It was roomy, clean, bright, and as advertised. The bed was sssoooo comfortable! A/C worked great! A perfect central location to go to the National Park Visitor Ctr, walk into town to eat, shop, watch a sunset, get ice cream (*Our Market Smoothies*); also was great being across from beautiful Mongoose Junction complex where we enjoyed the North Shore deli, Scoops ice cream, snorkel rental, an ATM, great shops, and easy taxi drop off (we didn't rent a car). Patrick was a huge help with directions , advice on the drinking water (after buying bottled water, we ended up drinking the tap water which was fine), and amenities! We filled up a big bottle with tap water and left it just inside our door, to rinse off after returning from the beach. Happily only encountered a few stray mosquitos and bugs at the beach! Every beach is gorgeous and the "painkillers" are yummy! If you don't rent a car (we didn't) bring cash for the taxi's! It's paradise!!

Absolutely incredible stay! Everyone was so welcoming and responsive. They provide and really well thought out list of recommendations and advice for the stay. Beautiful location, very peaceful and clean. Will definitely want to stay here again in the future! An excellent find!

Igor's condo is in a great location in East End right next to the Ritz and a short drive away from Red Hook. Cowpet Bay has a private beach and pool which meant they were never crowded. The beach is much deeper than many of the other beaches on the island and had chairs/loungers at no cost with multiple locations that provided shade. There is also a good beach bar (Sangrias) for food and drinks during the day and nicer restaurant (Caribbean Fish Market) for dinner. The Condo itself is a bit dated but had all the basic amenities: fridge, dishwasher, small counter-top oven, electric stovetop, AC Unit in each room, washer/dyer, etc.. Check in and out was easy and Igor was prompt in communication.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious with an amazing view. Incredible stargazing at night was an added bonus, as were the little touches like extra beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkels and fins. Highly recommended!

Maxine is a great host! Very responsive and cared about us. We loved the location, sitting out with our coffee in the morning watching the boats go. Lovely breeze and views of the islands. Quiet beaches nearby, restaurant and ferry only a few minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring the island. It felt like home, we would absolutely stay again!!! Our only suggestion, which Maxine was quick to respond to, were concerns with bugs in the kitchen. It's a tropical Island, so to be expected, just know that ahead of time. But it was not a big deal for us. We kept the kitchen clean, food sealed/in the fridge, brought the trash out. Other things we appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed to cook (paper towels, sponge/soap). There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, lots of leftover sunscreens, books to read, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. We didn't need much. Thank you Maxine for your hospitality! We're looking forward to our next stay!

Great location ! Property had lots of room and decorated nicely. Great balcony area with great views. Highly recommend .

We had a wonderful stay at George’s place. The location is convenient to town with sufficient parking. We enjoyed the screened in balcony the most and the view is great!

Our family had the most amazing stay at Calypso Corner in St. John. The home was in perfect condition, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. What truly made our experience special were the hosts, Eric and Jeune. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have a fantastic time. We completely fell in love with St. John and cannot wait to return. When we do, we will definitely be staying at Calypso Corner again. Highly recommend!

We loved the week we spent at “Happy Place” in St. John. It was my 6th time to the island and this was one of the best locations yet! It was helpful that Dennis met us at the dock in Cruz Bay and took us to get our rental jeep and then showed us how to get to the villa. Such a beautiful view! We had planned on cooking on the stove one evening but there was no propane, but after reaching out to Dennis, he remedied the situation right away. I appreciated his responsiveness. I would recommend this villa for anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay with an amazing view not too far from Cruz Bay! We’ll stay here again!

We love Pirate’s Cove! This is our second time staying here and it is wonderful. The place has everything you need and the hosts are just incredible. They are right there if you need them, very friendly and welcoming, but you also feel very private on the lower level. We’d definitely come back again!

This place is gorgeous! Very quiet and private. We met the owners and they were very nice and gave us great recommendations about beaches and places. The property manager was very responsive and also helpful with recommendations. This is truly a piece of a paradise. The owner emailed us before our planned trip to inform us of travel Covid restrictions and thanks to her we were able to get to USVI without any problems. We truly appreciated that as we saw a couple that wasn’t let on the airplane due to lack of Covid test. She also suggested renting a Jeep which I highly recommend if you’re wanting to explore the island. Some beaches are only accessible via off roads and impossible to get in a sedan… The studio has all the basics you need for cooking as well as it provides towels and bedding. Unit has a wall A/C unit for hot nights as well as a fan for breezy, cooler ones. Thank you Thia and Raf for sharing you little piece of paradise with us!

We really enjoyed staying at Michael’s place. He was a great host. Available as needed. His place was clean, spacious, beautiful location. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to St John’s VI.

Stefanie is an amazing host, We really appreciated the welcoming gift she left us along with a few crucial items in the fridge. Great location, good food, nice beach, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon

Great condo with ocean view. Everything you need within 8 min taxi or oven walking on the resort. The host and staff at the resort were super nice and pleasant. Thank you again. Till the next trip

Book this place ASAP. The host is amazing. This is a hotel so it’s a plus to have access to hotel amenities. I had hiccups with my reservation dates and the host was very accommodating. Might I also add, St. Thomas is beautiful!! The hotel is very close to red hook where there’s nightlife. I would recommend this host any day. Todd, you are the best! Book with him ASAP!

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

Chris’s place was beautiful ,comfortable, great views and convenient location. Chris is very responsive when communicating and very accommodating to my family

Glenn's place was lovely with a wonderful view and a quick ride down to town. The road up to the apartment is a bit of an adventure but okay if you're a confident driver. The communication was great, we would definitely return and stay longer next time!
