Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

The living area is furnished with two patterned chairs and a dark sofa, creating a comfortable seating arrangement. A coffee table sits in the center, with a television mounted on the wall opposite. Natural light fills the space through large windows, highlighting the modern decor.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Quiet Person

This is a TINY private studio for ONE quiet person in a 4-unit house. Non-smoking inside & out. No pets. Most guests are in town for work or study, so we try to keep a quiet house for sleeping/studying. Ours is an IMPROVING neighborhood but is still a work in progress! Houses are very old and some are still in rough shape. It is often quiet but with unpredictable urban sounds: music, traffic, people socializing outdoors, nearby hospital/fire station sounds, children playing. More info below.
