Very nice home with HOT TUB 15 minutes from ND!

Located in Mishawaka near the bypass and only 15 minutes from Notre Dame! Enjoy being close the city while staying in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of trees, and wildlife to observe. The rental includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a large 70 inch smart TV. The back of the home features the three seasons room, hot tub, and a grill. PLEASE NOTE: The garage and interior space beyond the kitchen will be locked as it is not included in the rental of the property.

See ND Campus from the front windows. Freshly updated with new paint, stainless steel appliances, across from the Linebacker and Mulligans. Professionally cleaned and updates made constantly. Large master bedroom has 2 queen beds, attached bathroom, and a double sink vanity with separate tub and shower. All beds are high quality Memory Foam. I am super relaxed and willing to help make sure you enjoy your stay.
