Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St Kilda

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

I have stayed in many airbnbs over the years but James place is just perfect. James is welcoming, friendly and obliging. The cottage has everything you could need and more. We arrived late and having all the items needed for breakfast was so appreciated. The cottage is warm and inviting. The bedrooms are large and well equipped from bedding, to hangers and even electric charge spots. The kitchen too has all you will need. The lounge is comfortable with a lovely view to a well maintained garden. The cottage is very well situated for the local Elsternwick area - shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. Public transport is also very accessible to local areas and to the city and sporting venues. Honestly you couldn't ask for more for your stay in Melbourne.

We loved this place in Melbourne - it was cozy and had enough space for our family to stretch out with the extra bed in the back :) The kitchen was well appointed and though we only stayed a weekend we could see renting this place for longer. The location was amazing as well - walkable and close to public transportation. One of our favorites so far!

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

The amenities and the views from Jeff and Melinda's apartment was the standout of our stay. Our son loved the kids room so much he wanted to sleep all by himself and also had lots of fun with the toy box. its well located with a tram stop right outside and facilities all around you. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

Myself and three friends had a fantastic stay at Katie’s place – it was perfect for our needs. The location is spot on, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. Katie was incredibly responsive and we really appreciated her flexibility with check-out. Highly recommend – we'd happily stay again!

I felt I absolutely had to leave a review for this stay. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but I can confidently say that I’ve never come across a host who shows as much love, care, and attention to their home as this one. This place is managed with the same dedication as if the host lived here himself—he is truly a super super host. The house is set back from the road, so it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would even wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. While preparing breakfast in the kitchen, I often saw little birds visiting the flowering tree just outside the window—it was such a charming moment to start the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you might need for cooking, and there’s a generous stock of spices and condiments. The whole house is spotless, with both the bathroom and bedroom impeccably clean and well-organized. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing out of place. The only regret I have is that I couldn’t stay longer.

Brian's place is fantastic! The location is central to everything you want to be near in Melbourne, and the place itself is a little oasis of calm. This is our second time staying here, and we would stay here again too! And Brian is a responsive and kind host.

One of the best, most well organised airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was immediately right at home. Port Melbourne itself was abit boring but it was perfect for what I needed.

This is a great place, great location, very clean. Relaxing view, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Our stay was comfortable with all necessary comforts provided. The apartment was very clean, spacious bathrooms (helpful when travelling with a child) and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. We had an overnight flight, and our hosts were accommodating with us requiring a different check-in. The express IGA is a minute's walk away to buy any basics you might need after travelling. There are local cafes in the streets behind the building (less than 5-minute walk) for a quick bite. The Southbank promenade is also under 5 minutes from the apartment with many restaurants to choose from (Pure South became our go to for breakfast, great menu and service). We were only a short walk from a pedestrian bridge to cross the Yarra, giving us easy access to Melbourne's great laneways and other attractions.
