Holiday rentals with a pool in St-Laurent-du-Var

We had a delightful stay at the villa - beautifully presented and clean. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, nous avons été agréablement surpris car les photos ne lui font pas justice tellement il est beau, le cadre est reposant et agréable, il n’y a pas de vis à vis et tout dans la maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer un séjour comme chez vous est présent, ce qui facilite grandement les choses. Je recommande à 100% et j’espère revenir dans ce bien pour encore passer des moments formidables avec ma famille. N’hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Unterkunft war wunderschön. Man war für sich der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Man hatte ihn so gut wie für sich alleine. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Hat sehr viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Hat sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Muy lindo y bien ubicado el departamento, a 20 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Los anfitriones muy dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. La comunicación con ellos fue perfecta .

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Notre séjour s’est déroulé à merveille. Nous ne pouvions rêver d’un meilleur endroit pour passer quelques jours dans la région. Si comme nous vous décidez de visiter plusieurs villes du sud en voiture, vous trouverez ici un véritable cocon confortable, spacieux, parfaitement propre, moderne, facile d’accès, et idéal pour le voiture. La piscine au rooftop est véritablement une cerise sur le gâteau. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, c’est sans doute le meilleur logement que j’ai pu loué sur Airbnb. Encore un grand merci à Kevin pour son amabilité et sa réactivité !

After staying for a week, I can confidently say this is an excellent choice for a trip to the South of France! The apartment felt very safe and is perfectly located right by the sea – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach** that wasn’t crowded at all. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet surrounded by **plenty of delicious restaurants Getting to nearby cities was easy with Uber. The host was fantastic! They kept the place absolutely spotless and made our stay very comfortable. They also gave us incredibly helpful recommendations for amazing restaurants– every single one was a hit, no disappointments! Such a kind and thoughtful host – I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 2 Wochen hier und es war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt, sowie ein Tipp zum Einkaufen bei Intermarché, der gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, mitgegeben. Nachts ist es auf der Hauptstraße etwas laut aber damit ist im Frühjahr an der Côte d' Azur zu rechnen. Eine Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt und innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man sowohl nach Cannes als auch nach Monaco fahren. Villeneuve-Loubet ist super gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wohgefühlt. Zudem super Kommunikation mit Christophe. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es keine Restaurants oder Cafés, aber der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht weit.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)

Très bon emplacement, entre Monaco et Nice, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon week-end entre amis (piscine, cuisine, parking etc.). Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Nous avons bien profité du beau terrain sous les oliviers, de la piscine très propre, du barbecue, et de la jolie maison. Beaucoup de calme, et même de la fraîcheur nocturne. A recommander!

Das Haus war sehr schön und die Aussicht einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten nur das Problem das Haus zu finden. Nachdem wir aber erfahren haben, dass wir mit einem Code durch ein Tor zu dieser gesicherten Umgebung fahren müssen, hat alles problemlos geklappt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Un’oasi di pace , relax totale casa con tutti i comfort , posizione strategica , Mougins a 10 minuti , Cannes e altre località facilmente raggiungibili , nei dintorni supermercati fornitissimi e molteplici servizi . Super soddisfatti. Roxana è stata molto gentile, ci ha anticipato il check-in visto che siamo arrivati presto, sempre molto attenta alle nostre richieste, ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente! Famiglia di 4.

Schönes großes Haus, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool, viel Platz. Betten und Kissen fanden wir etwas unbequem, vor all die Plastiküberzüge. Leider gibt es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Und auch keine Fliegengitter. Da wir wegen der Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten, bekamen wir jede Nacht unendlich viele Mückenstiche. Und Mückenmittel half da auch nicht.

Utrolig flott feriehus med vakker utsikt over Cannes. Rent og skikkelig.

We could not have had a better place to spend a week with 3 families. The Villa is stunning and natural. You feel like you’re staying at your own family’s home. Close to Vence, but private with all of the amenities you’ll need. What a fantastic experience. We will be recommending Albert’s place to family and friends and hope to visit again.
