We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Suitable for 2 adults and one child as third bed is a small sofa bed. A cosy studio space within our stunning Victorian Dutch-Gabled house, with its own entrance. Located a 5 minute walk from the beach in Trendy St. Leonards, it is the perfect place to visit the coast by day and chill out in the evening. The Studio comprises a main living/sleeping area and a separate kitchen with washer/dryer and shower room and also a small outside paved courtyard. Large comfy king size fold down bed.

My favourite place

This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Seafront apartment with beautiful uninterrupted sea views. With easy access to the beach for a quick dip in the sea. St Leonard’s is a few minutes walk where you’ll find independent shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants with lots of choice from vegan, fish and meat.. Hastings old town which has lots of lively pubs with live music, intimate restaurants and independent shops.. it’s a very pretty old town and is a 25 min walk along the promenade. With sea views all the way.

This raised ground floor apartment has direct sea views in an architect refurbished 1838 Decimus Burton house. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The apartment and entire building have been restored , it has a modern spacious kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. There is a South facing balcony with sea views.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
