Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

From the moment we stepped inside River House Rye we knew that we had chosen he right place ! A real home from home, but with a unique design that we simply wouldn't dare to do ... such a great place to stay and so easy to explore Rye without moving the car off the very spacious drive ! Globe pub very close by, provided ideal location to eat & refresh as did other places that Helen recommended. Even a little drizzle couldn't spoil our visit .... simply fantastic! We will definitely return 🫶

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. We will definitely be back ! Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home was pristine clean, the hosts were were so friendly and genuine. The surrounding area was gorgeous and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the home. We will definitely be back!

We know Coghurst hall holiday park very well having owned our own home on the park in previous years and so it was lovely to visit again. Jhenefhen’s holiday home did not disappoint. It has a great location on the park being right next to the lake whilst still being close to the clubhouse. The home has a spacious feel to it , very comfortable and I believe , considering all the above, was value for money. We will definitely visit again.

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Atlanta Sunset is set in the best position on Camber Sands Holiday Park - beautiful views surrounded by nature - everything in walking distance - the home itself was spotless - well thought out - if I hadn’t taken anything with me then I would have still had everything I needed - milk/orange juice/ water/fresh loaf of bread/butter/jams and spreads - toiletries - WiFi - smart tv - we wanted for nothing and the linen and towels were fabulously clean - all round spectacular - will deffo be visiting again xx

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, stylish and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the attention to detail really made it feel like a luxury stay (fluffy towels, soft bed linen, high-end toiletries etc). The garden and pool were gorgeous and we really enjoyed relaxing in those spaces and spotting the wildlife (woodpeckers, squirrels, kestrels). We had total privacy but the owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive if we needed them. A five star stay in close reach of farm shops, pubs, a winery, national trust properties and shopping.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

I stayed at Natalie’s place with my four year old and my one year old and it was brilliant! The caravan was absolutely immaculate, the travel cot was all set up and the bed guard ready for use. There were plenty of toys, books, games for the children and it felt like a real home from home. All the extra cutlery made a difference when using the kitchen and little additions like tea bags and coffee were perfect on arrival before we had a chance to go shopping. The caravan was in a brilliant location not to far from the pool and had a lovely grass area in font of the decking. I would highly recommend to stay here if you have little ones, I will definitely be coming back to this caravan next time we visit camber sands!

Lovely place to stay, everything close by. Ideal for us to visit family and friends. Everything we needed and more!! Clean and tidy and chocolate biscuits too! What more could you ask for!

Such a tranquil, beautiful setting with views of the rolling countryside and woodland walks on the doorstep. Inside, Little House is akin to a boutique hotel with a standalone roll-top bath and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers from the garden and local apple juice. I stayed at Little House as part of recovery from a major surgery and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect!

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

We had a great couple of days in Victoria's place. The balcony was worth it alone! Lovely spot for breakfast, pre-dinner drinks, post dinner drinks! Views of the sea, bird nests on the opposite buildings, bats flying late at night. Also, if you peer over the balcony there is often a beautiful fox sunning itself in the garden below. St Leonards and Hastings Old Town are great for an amble, with views from East Hill back over the town if you're feeling spritely! All in all, a great stay.

We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend stay at Jennifer’s place with our 11 & 8 year old children. Perfectly equidistant between Sissinghurst & Great Dixter. The house is so cute and had everything we needed. It’s down a lovely quiet road and was so peaceful and overlooked trees and fields. We also had dinner in the local pub (Bell) which was lovely.
