Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. Louis County

Nice house in a sweet neighborhood. A few barking dogs, but thats what dogs do. Great pulled pork and other classics down the block at The Stellar Pig was a short walk when in need for a beer and some comfort food. This was my first time in St Louis and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely collections at the Ar Museum, the beautiful botanical garden and OMG the architectural feat of engineering and art of the Gateway Arch - MUST take the tram ride to the top; well worth the money. But back to Anthony's place: the bed was super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Also a great value!

Charming house near great restaurants and vintage stores. John was an attentive and responsive host with great local recommendations. Would stay again!

John went above and beyond for us! The house is awesome and has a great outdoor space in a nice and very quiet neighborhood! Stunning plants and decor! The kitchen is perfectly equipped and a great chef’s kitchen!

Me and my friends booked this space for a concert that was in town. We are from out of town and wanted to enjoy St Louis. We wanted something different, something out of the box. This space was just that and soooooo much more. With a rare blend of unique, comfort, and quirky. It set the bar really high for the rest of the vacation. We are the type to stay on the go and not be in our room when on vacation. This place challenged that as it was so hard to leave sometimes. Host is just as amazing. Im not the best with modern tech and stuff of that nature. The host went out of their way to help. The host was accommodating in more ways than one. They provided some really solid recommendations for the city upon our request. Thats another thing, the host is probably one of the nicest, most responsive, helpful host Ive ever had. "The Dawg House" as we called it is now a staple in our travel plans to St. Louis. Do yourself a favor and book this place now before you miss out.

Bryan & Rachel have the perfect place for my family of 4. When traveling I prefer my kids to share a room but they refuse to share a bed. So the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was perfect! The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ive ever had in any other airb&b! Plenty of exta blakents and pillows to keep everyone comfortable! Also during our stay there was a possibility of tornados. They reached out right away providing us with additional codes to access the basement even though the space isn't for guest. They went above and beyond thinking of my families safety during this time! I would (and already have) suggested this place to my friends and family. If we are ever back in the area we will for sure rent this space again!

Thomas was able to accommodate us last minute and made our change in plans a lot less stressful having a beautiful place to stay for the evening. We didn’t get to use it but the back porch would be a perfect place to hang out on a nice evening, the bed was extremely comfortable, the place was extremely clean. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this space. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in St. Louis!

We enjoyed our stay! No disappointments here. You will love this place! It's in a great neighborhood, easy access from I-270, and close to a grocery store and West County Mall - you could even walk to these if you were so inclined! Kitchen is well-stocked with a perfect refrigerator. Beds are great and the bedrooms are separated if that's important to you. And there's a child's room downstairs. The backyard and patio are picture-perfect. The downhill driveway intimidated me, but was easy to deal with. Enjoy it! We certainly did. Claire

The house was very nice and located in a convenient park of St. Louis that made it close to everything. Erin had a list of recommendations for what to do/eat in the area. Will be back in the future!

Good stay in STL. Walkable to Soulard and Lafayette Square. Not I’d feel completely comfortable walking back at night, but that’s the neighborhood, not this unit specifically.

It was close to everything we needed to go to. I would stay here again if I were to travel to St. Louis.

The host is nice and the Airbnb is lovely, clean quiet and near the forest park, we spend a very good time there

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

This is a lovely and convenient location in the CWE. One can see the dome of the New Cathedral from the address, and hear the church chimes, which is an iconic StL experience. The host, David, is remotely managing quite a few different stay options on this one site. There is a main house with many rooms, and a carriage house in back with two apartments above the parking lot. It is very convenient to park in the parking lot (accessed from an alleyway behind) if you will be staying in the carriage house. The check in info was confusing to me because I had been busy flying (without wifi) and driving and hadn't had a chance to read it closely before I got there and needed to leave right away for a meeting...so that was stressful but really my own fault. Just be aware that this is a complex of different airbnb sites on one property, and give yourself time to look carefully at photos and read directions at check in. We found the carriage house apt very comfortable.

The apartment was very comfortable and within a short driving distance to lots of local attractions. Chris was very clear on how to get into the apartment, where to park, and how to keep the apartment in good condition for other guests. He was very responsive to every message we sent.

Richard's place is incredible. The style is top notch, we felt like royalty amongst the bold colors and classic furnishings throughout the place. The kitchen was my FAV! & the dual shower and infrared lamps were a giant bonus. Amenities were easy to locate and the patio spot was great for my adventure cat. We seriously walked everywhere in the neighborhood, lots of great people at the nearby establishments. Love Soulard and will return. Driving anywhere was either 10-15 minutes and/or under a $10 Lyft. Thank You SO much, Richard!

Really nice and cool host if you needed something he was on top of it really nice and convenient spot in town nothing was to far away road side parking was great most definitely would recommend to people and or stay again!!!

This was a great homebase for our St. Louis trip. It was clean and had the kitchen items needed to make our meals when we were not eating out.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

We loved being on the Delmar Loop, and it was so convenient to Washington U and our weaving conference! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location near Clayton and Forest Park, safe neighborhood with easy street parking. Did not use kitchen, but it was spotless. Will stay again.

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.

Danny was great host, very responsive. Location was near Lafayette Square, which we wanted. Easy check in and out, will use again!!
