Villa holiday rentals in St. Paul's Bay

We absolutely loved our 10 days in Malta. Kathleen kindly let us check in early & we were greeted by her lovely mum and dad on arrival. The villa was so much bigger than expected and the pool area was stunning. There are supermarkets, restaurants and places to drink within walking distance, as well an amazing fishmongers and beautiful rooftop restaurant called Adura that serve delicious cocktails! There's also a bus stop at the end of the road, which is the easiest way to get around the island and down to Mellieha Bay, which is just down the hill. We highly recommend this villa :)

We had a fantastic stay! The place is great, with a fully equipped kitchen, The pool and pool area are huge, with plenty of sunbeds, The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary information. Highly recommend

Charlene organised everything great and answers your questions quickly. We loved the garden and our kids loved feeding the turtle Paddy. The neighborhood is quiet and the supermarket and some restaurants are on walking distance. Malta is a beautiful island and Mellieha. We had a lovely holliday.

very responsive host and amazing villa and view

I had a wonderful stay! The place felt very homey and comfortable, a perfect spot to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a very restful experience. Parking was super convenient, right outside the door or just a few steps away. A big bonus for me was the dog park nearby, it was great to have a place so close to take my pup. Jade was very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better.

The villa was great - extremely clean, with a lovely and well maintained pool area. We had a really great time as a family group of 8, and it felt like we had plenty of space for everyone! Rachel and her dad Joseph are excellent hosts, and very responsive. As some reviews mentioned, the road outside is a little busy (for Gozo!) but once you’re inside it feels like a lovely oasis of calm. Easily walkable to Qala, which has some restaurants and bars, as well as to Mgarr, and only a very short drive to Victoria. Taxis were also easy to come by, and cheap!

The accommodation is very clean, close to the sea, very cheap in terms of price and especially we were helped directly with every small question. We came with a group of friends of 10 people and each had a comfortable place. Internet, towels, toilet paper, everything is available. Even a climate can be found in every room. Thank you so much to Mikiel. Since it was also very convenient to reach the ferry on foot from the location, we found it so much better to go to Valetta instead of always using BOLT. We enjoyed both Malta itself and this place in every way and would love to stay here next time. !

A group of 8 of us stayed for 4 nights and had an incredible time. Joanne was so helpful prior to us arriving giving recommendations for airport transfer and despite our flight getting in late in the evening she met us at the villa when we arrived and had bought us some snacks and drinks. The villa was exactly like the photos. We felt like we had plenty of space for 8 of us and the beds were very comfortable. There were pool towels and inflatables in the outdoor toilet which were a bonus. It was very easy to get to Valletta by Uber as well. Joanne checked on us via message throughout our stay and was always quick to reply if we had any questions. The place was amazing and would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Thank you Joanne!

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The outdoor area is truly next-level - from the beautiful pool to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and comfortable lounging areas, it felt like our own private resort. The indoor game room was a great bonus and perfect for evenings or the occasional cloudy day. Everything was spotless and exactly as described (if not better). Communication with Matias was exceptional - he always responded within minutes and was super helpful with any questions we had. This place is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and just enjoying some quality time. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our week in Malta. Finding one home for 8 adults can be tough, but this house was great. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and overall space for everyone. The outdoor area was so nice to have a break from a busy day. We did have issues with some of the AC units, but Monika was always quick to respond and get a technician out to address the issue. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags at the house while we went and explored before check in time. Monika met us to give instructions on the house and also sent local recommendations. The location was spectacular. Although some noise as night as well as construction across the street, overall it was fairly quiet. A very short walk to a supermarket, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront access. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Great accommodation, the villa is just amazing! The pool area is very pleasant and functional! The location may seem far away but not at all, everything is 20 minutes away by car. Small convenience store very close.

We had a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable week staying at this lovely property. We were there with our son and his wife and three children, so the layout suited us perfectly. We were able to enjoy a little peaceful time to ourselves in the flat whilst joining with the family for most activities. Both the main house and the flat are very spacious. All the bedrooms are genuine comfortable rooms with plenty of storage space. The kitchen and dining area is of good size and well equipped. The pool area is excellent with lots seating options for lounging as well as a barbecue area, and if anything is more impressive in reality than the description The house is on a quiet road but the excellent Wellness supermarket is just a short walk as are the bus stops. Graziella our host was very responsive to all our queries. This house fulfilled all our expectations and more. We loved it!

Amazing from start to finish! A perfect stay for 10 adults and a baby for my sisters wedding. Victoria was a wonderful host and very responsive. Anything we needed she arrived with! It was a perfect space for a big group with amazing amenities and views from the pool rooftop. 10/10 - Thank you Victoria!

Recommended. Very idyllic house with great garden, beautiful pool, hot tub and barbecue area. The smell in the house took some getting used to. The Kammeras in the garden and pool area were irritating. Strange for Germans, probably normal for Maltese. The location near Golden Beach is top notch, albeit motorized.

Although we didn't meet Gabriel, he was always helpful and quick to respond to messages, and our stay was as smooth as possible. The house itself is spacious and atmospheric. Listing photos are accurate. A pool for children who can swim (1.5m-2.3m).

Amazing Host. Beautiful place and soo calm around. Swimming pool has got a good size for every morning workout. 6 meters long. 1m - 2.2 meters deep. Beautiful see view and if you lucky you can see smoke from the Etna volcano in Sicily. Villa is very close to the bus stops. Very close to the local fresh bakery. 10 minutes drive to Lidl in Victoria. We did enjoy every evening by the swimming pool. Also we did have few times BBQ. Air conditioning in every room. Working good. Thank you Sue. You were amazing as a Host.

We had a great time at David his place. Upon arrival we could check in early, which was very convenient after our early morning flight. David was very welcoming and gave us advice about the surroundings and what to do in Malta and around the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool immediately and we relaxed at the nice loungebeds. The view is wonderful, nice sunset view looking towards Gozo! The apartment has all the basics that are needed for a pleasant stay. We slept very comfortable in the beds, the kitchen is very complete and towels for as well showering as for use at the pool / beach were provided. The location is very central, from here it’s easy to travel all around the island and the other islands. It’s also near the nicest beaches of Malta. David is very responsive and assertive, great service! If you are looking for a nice, simple but complete accomodation with a pool and nice views and a friendly host, I can definately recommend this place.

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

The home is extremely beautiful with a stunning private backyard including a pool. The communication was very easy with the host. They also provide an app with lots of recommendations and directions. Finding the bills is a bit tricky. You really have to look for the sign on the wall and then you go down an alley to find the door. We lived the place and would definitely go back.

Fantastic stay at Veronica’s air bnb, Veronica accommodated us staying very last minute and we were very glad we stayed in this air bnb. Fantastic space, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing outdoor space with the pool, sunbeds and terraced area with an outdoor table. Hard to leave this brilliant air bnb but when we did there were some great local restaurants within a 30 minute walk and a very secluded beach about 25 minute walk away, Selum Bay. Well worth the hike down to it. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend for couples, families or friends to stay

it was an amazing and calming experience. the farmhouse was very clean private and perfect to detach from the busy work life. the farmhouse is very quiet and perfect gateway for a peaceful time. definitely will book again ❤️
