A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

We came down for a wedding and weekend events. Much better value than a hotel and were able to have some "home" downtime during the events. Beautiful location to watch the birds and the golfers go by the lake. Great host, and look forward to coming back!

Relaxing Beach Retreat

Perfect location if you want to island hop. It is not near the beach. There is ample parking available around the beaches, and it is free. When we stayed, some renovations were underway around the complex. The pool area is situated directly outside the back porch, providing a quiet and serene setting. The condo is spottles and clean. The outdoor shower located on the front porch entrance offers an easy way to clean your feet after spending time at the beach. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend. We will be back.

Stacy is a fantastic host. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do that. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies. The location was very convenient to the pier, beach access, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay at Stacy 's place again.

This is the most adorable little cottage. Everything was neat, clean and so thought out. We enjoyed making fresh ground coffee and having tea that was provided. We ate outside on the porch and used the porch swing. Just a great place to stay.

We had such a great time! If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient to island attractions, this is the perfect place for you! Cynthia was friendly and helpful and proactive in anticipating our needs. The cottage was clean and inviting and exactly as the listing described. We would absolutely stay here again!

Already planning another stay. Just cannot say enough about the location of this home. It is literally on the beach, yet its landscaping gives it the utmost privacy. Nowhere else have we found a true beachfront home with a grassy backyard and frontage with flowers blooming. The interior of the home was immaculate; with every amenity you could imagine.
