The Ranch is located in the Kings Terrace area of the island, only a few blocks away from the St. Simons pier village with local shops and restaurants, as well as the lighthouse. Great Island Location!

This well appointed end-unit townhome features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. High speed Wifi is included through AT&T Fiber and a Roku is located in the living room. YouTube TV is included. The upstairs features a Primary Bedroom with a king size bed. The Primary Bathroom features a soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and a closet. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination is next to the fully equipped laundry room. Two additional bedrooms complete the upstairs (Queen and Full Bed)
