Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
