Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Shepherd's Watch

Shepherds Watch is set in a lovely part of the country, within the Peak District's National Park. There's plenty to keep you busy with the Manifold Valley just a couple of miles away. This is great for bike riding as well as walking, with Thors cave halfway down the track. Dove Dale and its famous stepping stones is only a 10 minute drive away. And for the thrill seekers Alton Towers is only a 10 minute drive. We have some lovely country pubs within a few miles of Shepherds Watch.

Beautiful Historic Country Coach House

A historic coach house in a beautiful rural setting overlooking fields. Private rear garden with parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living area, fully equipped kitchen and utility. Originally built as a coaching inn c. 1580 with the living room wing added c. 1740. The building was restored in 2018, and mixes rustic charm with contemporary design. We're only 30 minutes from Alton Towers and 15 minutes from Cannock Chase and the Shugborough Estate.

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.
