The house has a beautiful view of Zagreb. It is a 20-minute drive from Zagreb. The land around the house, 2500 m2, is fully fenced, so you can take your pets with peace of mind.

Experience our lovely studio in the peaceful Sesvete neighborhood, just 400 m from the main bus and tram station in Dubec. A bakery, supermarket, post office and street market are only a 4 min walk away. Unwind on a premium mattress and pillow; the studio is ideal for studying or working. A flat-screen TV with A1 Xplore TV includes Arena Sport, Sport Klub and Eurosport, plus Netflix and HBO Max. For your peace of mind, a Reolink camera provides 24/7 security. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

Ovaj novo renoviran smještaj idealan je za do četvero ljudi. Okružen je zelenilom s besplatnim parkingom kraj zgrade. Do centra grada je potrebno 10tak minuta busom ili autom. Samo desetak minuta lagane šetnje je udaljen od jezera Jarun - gradske zelene oaze.
