Nebruck house was amazing! Sandyport is a quiet resort which was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. It was easy to walk to restaurants, the kids loved the pool and beach and having access to the resort amenities was fantastic. Having a spacious condo with multiple bathrooms and showers made all the difference after long fantastic days in the sunshine. We loved our stay!

Absolutely love our stay! Peaceful area very private. Kids enjoyed the pool every day lol and a bonus we were able to do laundry before leaving, no we clothes for traveling.

The house was beautiful and spacious. My group and I were very comfortable and satisfied, it's a pity we didn't have time to lounge in the pool. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Fantastic place to stay! Had not a single complaint. The house was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Those that were responsible for responding with management issues were amazing plus, it’s in the Bahamas, so it’s tough to beat the location! I have rented from this group previously, and would expect to do so in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. From the lovely woman, Barbara, who picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled, to the amazing location. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The condo was in great condition and they had plenty of towels, linens, and extras such as paddle boards and floaties for the pools. The property was amazing. There are two swimming pools, a small dock, a seating area right on the water and a small beach. We never had issues finding chairs to sit on by the water and all the other guests at the property were extremely nice. We will definitely be staying there again!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stacy was an amazing host — thoughtful, responsive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully set up, and even better than the photos! Every detail felt intentional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze, the neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, and any questions we had were answered in minutes. You don’t always find hosts who go above and beyond, but Stacy definitely does. Highly recommend staying here if you want a worry-free experience!

Leslie’s beach house is in a quiet location, on the western shore of New Providence Island offering privacy & direct ocean access – we laid out & swam every day on our deserted beach! We felt safe & enjoyed renting a van from her acquaintance Barbara, allowing us to travel during out stay. Favorite free spots: Jaws Beach, Coral Harbour & Love Beach. We paid to Clifford Park & Flipper Beach with great snorkeling (bring your own gear). Bon Vivants has the best espresso martinis, chocolate croissants & cinnamon buns. Studio Café for dinner was fabulous! Southwest Diner in Adelaide Village was also very good. Highly recommend Graham Finale Water Tours (Cpt Morgan or Braxton) to see Gilligan’s Island, Rose Island & swim with Sea Turtles out of Montague Bay (cheap t-shirt vendors). For nicer souvenirs visit Diana at Bahama Art & Handicraft. Leslie was attentive and kind, the weather in late April-early May is perfect and we enjoyed every moment! For an ‘off the beaten path' VACA - Book it!

I cannot understate how wonderful Alicia’s place was. Not only was she a proactive and helpful communicator, but the caretaker, RuthMae, was waiting for me, as promised. The views were lovely and I don’t know how a house could be that pristine right on the sand. Brigadier’s restaurant isn’t even a three-minute walk away, and is accessible by the road or by walking along the beach. I don’t have a single complaint and hope to return again and again. It was a great stay in a beautiful, well-maintained, modern home. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

If you’re considering staying in Andros, do it! Especially with Trevor. He was a very gracious host. You can not beat the views or proximity to the amazing beaches and flats. The space is clean and the AC works great. I recommend you rent a car or have the taxi stop on your way to get drinking water, food, alcohol, and bug spray. Brigadiers restaurant/bar is just down the road but eating there multiple times a day (especially if you have alcohol) adds up quickly. There are bikes and kayaks available for your use, just ask Trevor. During our time in Andros we saw bone fish, sea turtles, star fish, puffer fish, dolphins, and sting ray. We recommend a fishing trip for bone fish with Shawn Riley while you’re here also (bring wading shoes or aqua socks). The people of andros are so friendly and island is beautiful!

Traveling from Bermuda the island itself was very similar to home and having such a clean, peaceful and inviting accommodation within great distance from various places made the trip more worthwhile. The host filled the place with essential items and left no stone unturned. Not only would I highly recommend but I would definitely book again.

The unit is clean and quiet. Kristina is responsive and helpful! We asked for late check out since our baby was not feeling well, and she accommodated with no questions asked. Overall, I would recommend Kristina’s place!

The location is absolutely very convenient. I had a variety of choices of food in the area. The place was spotless as if it was brand new. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing. The view from both rooms were wonderful. The washer and dryer was very easy to use. The bed was super comfortable in both rooms. The lighting in the house is like heaven The a/c works super well The host was very responsive to my request. There was an incident where I left my keys at the place and I already checked out, but in no time the host was able to come to my aid and deliver my keys to my personal location. Overall the weekend was next to perfect. The place was worth the price!

We stayed during Spring break week, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend it with my husband and two teenage boys Doc's listing looks just like the pictures (No guests were staying at the other two townhouses, so we had the place for ourselves) It was an awesome experience, San Andros is a beautiful and peaceful place! White sand and turquoise water just a few steps from the house We went kayaking and snorkeling every day. There is fishing gear at the house, that my boys enjoyed Bedrooms were clean, comfortable beds, excellent quality of linens, towels, and comforters. Same goes for the bathrooms, everything was perfectly clean. They are very few restaurants, so we cooked/grilled at the house most of the time. We appreciate Ron's help (Doc's assistant). He made us feel right at home, drove us from the airport to the rental car and then guided us to the house. He was very attentive to all our needs and promptly solved any small issues we had. I'm sure we'll be back again ! ?

Very accommodating and peaceful. Everything was perfect except the waterheater wasn't working in until 1# so since we were here for Solar Installations we decided to fix it so we and others can have hot water but other than that it's a two thumbs up.

The house is clean and beautiful with great spaces to relax. The view is stunning and the crystal clear water is visible in most directions! The boys fished in the front and caught tarpon, jacks, cubera snapper, and so many others. Everyone had the space they needed. We loved walking around town and meeting the lovely, kind locals. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and generous. Drove to Red bays for baskets and woodcarvings. Eric helped set us up for a dive to the wall of the Tongue of the Ocean with Small Hope. It was an incredible experience. We will be going back! Thanks to Megan, Eric, and Junior for taking special care of us!
