The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

My family and I had another lovely stay at Paula’s place! We had everything we needed and especially loved meeting (and feeding kitchen scraps to) the chickens in the backyard. We also enjoyed eating outside on the long table - the yard is so peaceful and beautiful. Check in was easy, as was parking (we brought two cars). Paula communicated well throughout our stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Ceres! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Lorena communicated promptly and helpfully when a spa issue came up, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—would definitely stay again!

Rashad was such a great host! The pictures were right on point (even better in person) ! Great communication and made sure everything was smooth. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was very spacious. If I’m ever in town I will be staying here again.

At Penelope, you have the choice between whirlpool and pool. You can also use the fireplaces. In addition, three different grillers are available. Really pleasant location, nice and quiet to relax after a long working day. If you have any questions, you can always contact Penelope.

Michelle’s place is an absolute find. We were in town for a tournament, and it is so close to Stanislaus State. The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious layout, and a plethora of games for the family. The beautiful pool was just an added bonus. Michelle was also so accommodating and kind and agreed to late check out when our schedule changed. We will be back!

Everything wad very comfortable and clean. Marcus was easy to communicate with. We want to thank him for the welcome gift, coffee and treats too! The pool was lovey, the neighborhood quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

This house is just as cute as in the photos. I really liked having the private gate code for the front of the house- it felt very safe since the home is right on a busy street. The decor is thoughtful and adorable, there is everything you would think you would need in the home for a very quiet, easy, and peaceful stay.

This home is absolutely gorgeous,comfortable and very well worth the stay. The inside is just as pictured without any dissatisfaction!! My Grandkids enjoyed playing pool and their video games on the big screen with the surround sound. We would definitely rent again when we're back in California! Mr. Truong is very personable and a great host as well. This was our very first time booking an AIRBNB and it went well.

Stayed with my family to attend a wedding in Manteca and this was a great spot. Best stocked Airbnb we've ever been to, it had loads of amenities, very easy to go to, and had a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Aranzu’s Airbnb for a week-long family reunion in Manteca, California. The location was perfect—just a short drive from my home and only 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants, making it super convenient for our group. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aranzu was an exceptional host, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. It was the ideal spot for our family to come together, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We really loved our visit at Adolfo and Stevie’s home. It was so relaxing and such a nice getaway. We really enjoyed the backyard and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get a vacation like experience. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 5+ Stars!

We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!

Stayed here for my current contract as a travel nurse. Wonderful amenities, especially having room for my pup in the backyard and nearby parks. Friendly neighborhood. It was very convenient for me since I was less than 10 minutes from work. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! Really great property. Used all 3 bedrooms and everyone was comfortable, bathrooms clean and fully functional. Kitchen stocked like home! Wonderful wrap around porch and excellent outdoor seating in back.

This home was worth every dime I spent on it. It was clean, beautifully furnished, had everything we needed and then some. The sub-host was prompt to respond to questions and offer recommendations based on things I said to her. There was more than enough space for all 10 of us to be comfortable. The owners, Judy and Ernesto were also very attentive to what my family needed. Our stay here restored my faith in AirBnb because my first home was cancelled the day before my trip and I was not going to book through them ever again. But the staff at AirBnb found this home and got me in touch with the owners and I think this was the home we were meant to be placed in for our trip. Highly recommended and highly satisfied. The one suggestion I would make is adding a ramp for easier wheelchair access, but otherwise, it was perfection!!!!
