French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

The Convention Center is also nearby if you are attending a special event or conference. Ocean beach and Mission beach is a quick 12 min drive. With a private backyard oasis, a neighboring art gallery, and a sweet location of only 1.5 miles from downtown, our "1-room hotel" is the place to stay. PLEASE NOTE: We live in an urban neighborhood and with that comes some urban noise. Upon request, we can provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for our guests, however, if you are a light sleeper our space might not be for you.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
