Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

First, Vasiliy is the most responsive and accompanying host I have experienced in my 10 years using Airbnb. We had a small misunderstanding at booking, and he went over and above to accommodate myself and my wife. Secondly, book this location immediately. It is in the perfect location which provides a very private and quiet setting but then you walk maybe a few hundred feet to the private beach and then you have all the action necessary. Lastly, the accommodations were beautiful with the layout of the apartment unique and spacious. The kitchen was actually created thoughtful so anyone taller than 5’7” which means i did not hit my head once with some stupid cabinet over the sink. The AC was quiet and cold. You are doing yourself and injustice if you do not book this location or another location with Vasiliy. Thank you sir for your professionalism and we will be back !

Excellent location, great hostess.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The property is overly stocked, much more spacious in person, and has an incredible patio overlooking the marina. The location is peaceful, beautiful, safe, easy to get to, not far from the airport, and close to tons of resorts, restaurants, beaches, and more! We had the perfect stay in Cap Cana! I would highly recommend this stay. Cap Cana is the pristine area of Punta Cana!

New and clean place to stay. Some things were not working when we got there but Nabil was very responsive and helped us when needed. Great host and place. Would stay there again!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very large and the complex is very clean and very safe. The pool is well maintained with plenty of room to sit. Plus, the different pool depths are perfect for kids! It's easy to walk to the beach! We can't wait to go back!

Our stay was wonderful, we were comfortable at all times, easy to get to, equipped with everything you need. Rilquis was always on top of everything. I recommend this place 100%. It is a very spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment.

We stayed at CorteSea in Punta Cana from Feb. 18 to April 2, 2025. It was a wonderful stay! The accommodations were as advertised in the photos. The property was clean, inviting and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with almost anything you would need. Perhaps some kitchen towels could be replaced. The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and the pillows were good! There were ample amounts of linens for the beds and bathrooms. There were also several beach towels. The unit also had an assortment of beach and lawn chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling bag cart that could be used for shopping etc. We did have to contact BrenMark a couple of times. They were generally prompt and helpful. CorteSea is a wonderful complex with a friendly, comfortable, peaceful vibe. It is maintained wonderfully. It is within a short walking distance of the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. We would 100% consider staying at CorteSea again.

The apt is just like the pictures, hygienic and has a good location. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and quick to respond. I loved it !!!

I will return to partake of Elvis’ hospitality again for sure. He is attentive to concerns and needs of his guests.

Amazing Stay!! I go to DR 3-4 times a year and I will rebook this place. Amazing location, close to small shops for convenient needs. Nice little restaurant at walking distance. Great amenities, Clean cozy condo. Host was amazing and responsive. BUT WHAT MADE THIS PLACE REBOOK-ABLE FOR ME IS THE WORKING HOT WATER, ELECTRICITY, WORKING AC. In every other place I’ve stayed before those small things would stop working and I had to overlook by being understandable. But all was perfectly working during my stay. I am so in awe 🩷

Amazing experience! The listing exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was very charming. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to our messages and was there for any concerns. We would definitely stay here again. Had everything I needed! Loved the balcony the most. Walking distance to Jumbo (grocery store), downtown mall where I bought my souvenirs, and lots of restaurants. Host always responded quickly. The excursions would pick me up at the gas station nearby which was about 8 minutes walking.

A PERFECT HOST . He helped me with any information I needed help with and made it a easy and smooth journey, We had a blast at the Airbnb

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Vista Cana! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. Each guest had their own private bathroom, which made for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, and the amenities of Vista Cana (man made beach, restaurants, and beach bar with a DJ!) The villa is also very well-located, with easy access to nearby downtown (only a few minutes away). The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and was there whenever something came up. Highly recommend!

Vista Cana is a beautiful place i would highly recommend anyone wanting privacy, the most empeciable security so your safe while you are in the community.. its a very lovely place to stay.. the home was just as described on website extremely well kept and when i visit the D.R. again which will be in a few months ill be staying at the same residence.. the host was amazing despite not being able to speak spanish the people are so friendly they make you feel welcome..So thanks to our host for allowing us to use your lovely home and we definitely will be back
