Florisel Residence provides a swimming pool with sunbeds and terraces, direct access to the private beach, private parking, and 24/7 security. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome kit including beach towels, shower towels, toilet paper, napkins, a 20-liter water jug, coffee and sugar packets, shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, and dish soap.

The best location in Bavaro/Punta Cana. Los Corales 50 meters (seconds) to the beautiful Bavaro beach. The heavenly Villa Mare complex consists of 14 luxury apartments with a beautiful swimming pool, garden, private parking, all in the very center of the beach, you couldn't have chosen better. Dozens of restaurants and beach bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, ... everything on site. I live here permanently and I am here to help you during your stay. We speak English, Spanish, Polish and French.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 1BR, 2BA ground floor condo. The Navio community is located in the center of the popular Los Corales area and is just steps from our beautiful Bavaro Beach. It has a king bed and master ensuite plus patio doors to the spacious balcony with 2 lounge chairs and casual seating for 4 with a gorgeous pool view. Wonderful apartment located in the new Residencial Navio Los Corales two steps to the beach. Incredible sea beach view from the terrace the living and the master bedroom. Huge terrace with outside living and dining. Very comfortable loft concept fully equipped with kitchen, 1 bedroom with king and bathroom en suite, a sofa bed, an extra double bed in the living and a second bathroom, for 4 to 5 people. Ideal for a family with kids. Unique place with an incredible beach atmosphere.

Beautiful apartment a few steps from the beach

Relax and enjoy this elegant apartment ideally located in the heart of Bávaro. Just 1 minute walk from Cortecito beach and Bávaro beach, two of the most famous beaches in the country, due to the fine white sand and the calm crystalline turquoise waters. A few meters away are restaurants, a supermarket, bars, shops, exchange houses and a casino. A car is not necessary but if you have one you can park it for free in the apartment complex.
