Apartment I extends through the entire 1st floor, contains a beautiful spacious terrace, and offers an unusual holiday experience with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea that leaves you breathless. The proximity to the sea, the fresh breeze and the sound of the waves make this terrace a unique oasis for rest and relaxation.

Apartment for up to 4 people. Close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and the bus station. Balcony with sea view. Completely renewed in 2024. It has air conditioning in 2 rooms. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom. It has about 33 m2, free WiFi, parking, air conditioning, and a barbecue in the yard. The bedroom has a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out into a twin-sized bed. It is about 200 meters from the beach and the bus stop. To the center 750 m.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
