Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

This is a one bedroom apartment that is suitable for up to 3 people or a couple or family with up to 2 small kids. Our little beach is 30 meters away from the apartment, where you have deck chairs and storage for your beach essentials.
