Villa Rita II is located on the very nice position, on the slopes of the Velebit mountain with a view of the islands of Rab, and Pag. Our guests have at their disposal: swimming pool with the state-of-the-art water disinfection system with salt and electrolysis, hot tub, barbecue, two E-MTB bicycles, table tennis, table footbal, Playstation 4 and darts. To reach a nearest beach, you have about 1600 m, and if you are more up to active vacation, you can hike on the nearby Premužić mountain trail.

Švica Home with a View

S&D House is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers accommodation, free WiFi, parking and a large yard. The house has a bedroom, a living room, a gallery with two French beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a socializing room containing a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen and a tavern for tasting products from our own OPG. In the summer months, guests can also use the organic vegetable garden and barbecue.
