Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Our Sleeping Beauty - Vacation home in the Allgäu

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette (Sägespäne) Waschbecken und Infrarotkabine.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
