It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Set on the South West Coast Path, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
