Our stay was excellent! The apartment is new, equipped with everything we need and was extremely clean. The view of the garden and the river is an attraction in itself. Beautiful. I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the ad. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air-conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All the spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, pig, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super peaceful. So, we thought it was great, because it is in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida always proactive to help us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, served all of us and also with all the necessary utensils, the perfect rooms, with air conditioning, which was simply what caught the attention! This spot in Belem was perfect for us. Close to the water in the center of town. Easy to get places. Felt secure even at night when there was more homeless around. View was beautiful!

The condo is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, as on the return of the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the town center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose the one that pleases them the most. The apartment has several dishes and appliances. For those interested in cooking, you will find several household utensils.

Rafael is a friend! Regarding the apartment, it is not luxurious, but the mattresses are of good quality and the view is wonderful in all rooms, including the kitchen! The beach is delicious! Lots of nice restaurants... I enjoyed the beach, the pool and the sunset. I'll be back more often!

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.
