The house is beautiful, more than expected, comfortable, attentive and welcoming hosts, my group loved the entire stay, we were in a group of 10 people and everyone was comfortable in the accommodations, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, organized and cozy house. The house conveys peace, very quiet, the garden is beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, the kitchen is equipped and clean. The TV box is a good differential, I will return more often. 10/10.

The house is extremely well equipped for long stays, offering from kitchenware and wine glasses to hairdryer and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is very ventilated. The place is a true paradise, with a condominium that offers a high-end structure. The highlight is the pier, which at night is beautifully lit, providing a perfect space for good conversations and good wine.

The stay in Salete's apartment was great!! The place brings a feeling of home, comfort and tranquility that is very incredible! The space, despite being small in size, is giant in making you feel at home. Very beautiful, cozy and all the details make the difference! I loved the accommodation, I will definitely come back more often! Just one observation: I think it would be interesting to put a microwave/air fryer for guests because it makes it easier if you don't want to use the stove and want something faster!

We had already stayed at the smart in 2024, but in another apartment and we liked it a lot, so we decided (a couple) to test this one. We love it! Very spacious, the spaces are very cozy and beautiful. Good smart TV, good bed, good pillows, air conditioning cools well, full bed/bath, wifi works well, good parking garage, well located apartment, has a balcony, washing machine looks good (we didn't even use it), good kitchen (good stove). The condominium is very beautiful, very large swimming pool, has a restaurant near the pool and on the door there is a spike/hamburgueria and açaí. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
