We are one of the very few legal short-term rentals within the city limits of South Lake Tahoe (only 3 day minimum). Have it all in this extremely clean, unique location & setting . Wonderful 2 bedroom + loft chalet, large deck, private hot tub, wooded views, gas BBQ, rustic with open beam ceilings & sleeps up to 6 (4 adults maximum or a mix of adults & children 6 maximum). Enjoy sitting on the deck and watch bears, deer, coyotes walk by in the green belt. We occupy the onsite caretaker apt.

I will be on maui all January, February until 16th of March . This is a upstair unit , I live here but removing all my personal stuff . Tahoe has lots of snow for your skiing pleasure.
