Freestanding on a hill on a mountain stream in close proximity to the Thoma ski lifts and the legendary Adler Skisprung Schanze. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterised by dense forests , wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious bog with hiking trails and a golf course . In winter, a skiing network with floodlights and a natural skating rink attracts.

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony towards the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² of west slope is sunny. There is an alpine view towards the south.
