Welcome to Staunton! This historic home was one of the original workers' cottages in the 1800s. It's located downtown with a short walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries, Mary Baldwin University, Gypsy Hill Park, and Blackfriars Playhouse. It has all the charms of an older home like original pine floors and tavern-style doors, but with a modern kitchen, bathroom, internet, and AC. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is beautiful!

The Bons Amis Suite: Chic Decor, Walk Downtown

The Bons Amis Suite means “The Good Friends Suite” in French. It has been lovingly furnished, decorated, and named in honor of owners Kati and Keith Hebert’s dear friends, Thierry and Sandrine and their family, who live in Tours, France. Thierry and Sandrine owned the first Airbnb that our owners ever stayed in! This suite is a comfortably elegant and serene private apartment on the upper level of this renovated two-story Victorian home.

It includes a brick patio, private rear entrance and historic details from the late 1800's. It is generally quiet, but you may sometimes hear the two adults upstairs. The Storefront was built in the early 1900's and was previously a tea shop before becoming a vacation destination.
