Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

The house has been completely renovated and is equivalent to a new building. Since we have 2 children ourselves and occupy the second residential unit, we make sure that your children are thought of and you feel comfortable. The residential unit has its own separate entrance by means of external stairs. Capacity : 4 adults plus 1 infant

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. Be my guest in my newly furnished 2-bedroom apartment in an apartment building near the popular and lively district of Kassberg, where small shops and pubs invite you to stroll and feast. 5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
