Het appartement, wat is opgezet als loft, is fraai vormgegeven en afgewerkt met mooie en duurzame materialen. Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

Welkom in ons gezellige, comfortabele huisje, in de Ardennen. Ons huisje staat op een uniek vakantiepark in het bos. Vlak bij het pittoreske stadje Durbuy!! Het mooiste gebied om je vakantie te vieren. Wandelen of fietsen in de omgeving. Met je gezin of samen alles is mogelijk. Relax in het vakantiehuisje of op het ruime terras. Op het vakantiecomplex is oa brasserie, zwembad , speeltuin , voetbalveld, basketbalveld. Ook mooi om te bezoeken zijn de vele steden en kastelen in de omgeving.

Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Il est situé dans un petit village à 15 minutes de Durbuy. 3 chambres sont disponibles ainsi que 2 salles de bain Convient bien aux familles, couples, et groupes d'amis calmes. Piscine fermée pour l'hiver (ouverture début mai) Jacuzzi (chauffé électriquement) disponible. Terrain de tennis privé en « Red Court » rénové en 2022 disponible à 300m de la maison. Studio situé au 2ème étage dans une charmante maison bourgeoise construite au début du XXème siècle. Nous avons conservé l’esprit authentique de la maison et l’avons aménagée avec soin afin de vous offrir le maximum de confort. Un jardin entoure la maison, une piscine chauffée avec un toit escamotable comprenant sauna et jacuzzi complètent l’offre. Notez que la piscine est mise à disposition des résidents de toute la maison ainsi que le sauna et le Jacuzzi.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

Discover our single-storey house located at the gates of the Ardennes and 15 minutes from Liège.
