Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

This apartment is very central to Todis main square. It is very clean and well designed and has a nice patio with a view. If you want to stay in the middle of a hill town this is your place! Monica was very helpful. Parking is complicated as it is in the old city but the lot near the funicular is convenient and short walking distance to the apartment. We love Todi and this was a nice place to stay for a few days.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and very large. From the large kitchen, you can go to a balcony with sun in the afternoon and from the living room to a smaller balcony with sun for breakfast. Both balconies have a dream view of Todi, even in the evening. In the living room, there is a very large dining table with chairs and 2 sofas. Everything is super clean and the apartment is also suitable for a longer stay. I parked my car on the small street opposite, which was ideal. The access to the house is a cul-de-sac and thus avoids a lot of car noise. The location is strategically very convenient for visiting the beautiful Umbria. I would like to come back and can highly recommend the apartment.

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.
