Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside or visit the city of Groningen. The space has a kitchen and compact bathroom. The house is located in the backyard and access is through the main house. The sleeping area can be reached by a fold-out staircase. In the sleeping area there is a TV with Chromecast.

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transportation, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stabij). Other: is on the ground floor, free parking.

Deze fijne kamer is gebouwd in een schuur en heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Op tien minuten rijden van de Waddenzee. Geen strand dus maar dijken met schapen erop. Wel een paar opgespoten nepstrandjes én de veerdienst naar Borkum voor het echte werk. Wakker worden met kakelende kippen onder je raam. Houtkachelwarm, met ondersteuning van een elektrisch kacheltje. Bij voorkeur geen werknemers, tenzij..... Honden welkom tegen kleine vergoeding.
