The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. The cross-country ski trail in winter is only two-three turns away. Everything else can be easily reached by bus - bus stop about 200 m away.

The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly more than 400-year-old house, which originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being an oasis of well-being out of modern comfort and rustic coziness. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
