Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Hello! My name is Ronald and I am a “true Berliner”, born and raised in this city. In my flat in Berlin (Steglitz) up to 3 people can stay. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Balcony with a view over Berlin. It is close to “Rathaus Steglitz” (a big crossing with subway and train station). Steglitz is not really a „hip“ area but it has wonderful parks and hidden gems. The building is 100 years old. From Rathaus Steglitz you can reach any part of Berlin pretty quickly.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Super clean and enjoyable place in Berlin ✨ William’s apartment truly stands out from typical Airbnbs. It is not just a spare room, but a space thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort. There was plenty of storage, and the space felt open and inviting. I especially appreciated the clever detail of being able to store my open suitcase under the bed, which made such a difference. It really felt like my own home. Every little thing I needed was right there when I needed it. The security was perfect, and I felt completely at ease. The coffee machine and washing machine were absolute lifesavers during my stay. Thank you so much for everything, William. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Berlin.

Johannas Wohnung ist nur etwa zehn Minuten vom Südkreuz entfernt und damit gut erreichbar. Alles war sauber und schnelle und einfache Kommunikation. Ich kann ihre Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin nur empfehlen.

Eine super stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein (ich habe einfach mal 12 Stunden geschlafen) und Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und alles so Interessante ist zu Fuß oder entspannt mit der Bahn erreichbar. Da überlegt man doch gleich nach Berlin zu ziehen. ;) Hervorragender Aufenthalt, ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen. :)
