Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Have a nice time in the countryside. The courtyard is in an idyllic secluded location and is child-friendly. Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, bike ride, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. You can walk to the dike in just 2-3 minutes and to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants, cafes and shops in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.

Since September 2019, we are now offering this quiet yet centrally located apartment. This beautiful 2-room apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 1-6 people. With a comfy double bed, a large pull-out couch set, a large, thick folding mattress, two baby travel beds and its own small garden, there is nothing to be comfortable.
