My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

This 105-square-meter apartment (non-smoking) with a loggia and parking space is located directly on the southern slope of the Teutoburg Forest. Brackweder Hauptstraße with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, drugstores and other shops is within walking distance in 15 minutes. Bielefeld center can be reached by S-Bahn in just 15 minutes. The stop "Brackwede Kirche" is only a 10-minute walk from the property.
