The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that will provide you with pleasant and long-lasting warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom. There is a comfortable large box spring bed in the bedroom.

In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m².
